A Lot More

Wendy and Dan’s popularity has been touching the stars. A journey which started over with random YouTube channel gave birth to an Instagram Account and following these was the true4you fitness app. But these were not the only things which made this couple renowned rather there was much more to it.

An Interview

Not everything that seems to be perfect, is perfect in real. There are many unknown challenges which the couple faced. In the year 2017, the couple participated in a show conducted by Huffington Post. They were the interviewee for the segment which talked about Interracial couples. They were asked, “10 Things Interracial Couples Wish You’d Stop Asking Them.” In the same interview, the couple opened up about the difficulties they face for just being different colored skin.

Getting Ugly Stares

Being famous and being interracial never goes hand-in-hand. It becomes really challenging to face media and answer their questions on the choices you made. Wendy and Dan often had to face uncomfortable situations where people would pass them ugly stares. But they had always bravely answered the questions people threw at them. Wendy in a public event said, “We do understand that we stand out visually, but at the same time, realize we are people doing people stuff… just like you.”

No Difference

Even after getting a lot of appraising and applaud for their work and some positive vibes from people, Dan and Wendy have to come across awkward situations many times. Not everyone is supportive of their interracial relationship. In a talk show, Wendy admits that she is tired of answering questions like, “Isn’t it so hard dealing with different backgrounds?” Wendy would answer to all these by saying, “At the end of the day, our differences are not a big a deal. We are in a relationship, just like everyone else. It’s really no different.”

Walking In Style

Other than handling her social media platforms, Wendy, the ageless beauty also does some modeling. She recently appeared in the New York City Fashion Week’s show and walked the ramp there. Her ramp walking skills were praiseworthy. The show was conducted to celebrate naturally big and curly hair.  Wendy shares her experience with her fans and says that she felt like a “real-life Barbie.”
