Washing

Just boil water in a big bowl and cover yourself using a towel, and take deep breaths inside for 5 to 10 minutes. You can use the water to soak a towel to press your sinus with to give you more relief.
Wash Your Pets
This is for all the people allergic to their pets but want to keep them anyway. If you wash your pets frequently, you will be quite surprised to find out the extent of help it can be. Since the allergens produced by pets get absorbed by water, if you wash them, you can rid yourself of the frustration. Just wash them with warm water without the help of soap once every week for the best result.
Go Bare
Dust mites can be found in your carpets in abundance. Carpets are known to be very good ‘hoarders’ as these mites feed on dead skin cells. Also, there are studies that have proven that dust mites can be found the most in your bedroom. So what can you do? Well, you can try to reduce your usage of carpets in your home, maybe at least remove them from your bedroom to avoid dust allergies and help your breath better.
